Thanks Jeff!.. Here's a proto type cast in silver I just wanted to experiment a little..so I carved out the underside but decided I didn't like it that way so I re did the wax model ...I first designed the hollow ring then put a cap on the top as one file . rotary milled it then in the file removed ...

Thanks Jeff...probably not... you can buy one (not nearly as good but pretty good one) for apx $35.00 already ...I just wanted to do this for my own thing ..I'd like to know what makes money, I'm sure not......my jewelry career - very sad, and depressing these days.......

well here's the smallest letters I ever milled . test case for customers ring ..their logo ..the letters are the actual size for the model

Hi Jeff!...hope all is well.... I milled one, cast it, then made a rubber mold.. saved a lot of milling 'wear' time on my motor (and mill)

by the way had to make some lapel pins for a school dist. I milled the model then made a mold

two different models to be cast in sterling ........ one pass milling, run at 15,15, on the 15 ... apx 22min to mill...(each)

designed and milled in Rhino, milled one pass, using 10 deg -.010. tapered ball end bit...this can be milled on the mdx15 with Jeffs rotary.
apx time 40 min.
