Pat when you go to put in the fret wires you can use your jewelrs saw, but then go back with a card or paper and check the depth of the kerf. All the kerfs must be a bit deep so no fret sets high. Sand the frets with a long flat sanding block. M Recomend Peavey Delta Blues 2/12 Amp. Made in the USA

hey pat have you ever tried teflon inserts for wax injection?
for making a pen it seems like that might make hollow part easier than drilling.

I get the end rolls from the printing line from our local paper. the kids make drawings that go across the room and down the hall. I know about how to choose pens that last.

Several of the Fisher Space Pen models (the "Millennium" is one) are claimed to write for a lifetime of "average" use; however the product literature states that the pen will write exactly 30.7 miles (approximately 48.15 kilometres).

Hi Greg If I were planning to cut the sample you posted, I would first print it on paper and then clean it up on a light table, then proceed. Scan it back in, convert as above etc.

I would also either dome it in engrave or after it was cast.

Have a nice day M

If I find one at reasonable cost (about $1000) I will weld up a frame. For die forming any strong frame ...
