hey Pat

Are you using Rhino 4? If so would you mind flowing the model to a flat line and posting the 3dm file.

I would love to try to mill that with the 3D Wax Mill Rotary.

That is beautiful.. You need to do them smaller for pendants and do plique-a-jour enameling.

Sorry I missed this post.

You must be very proud to be commissioned to do this type of work.

The surface finish and the crispness look fantastic..

Great job.

WOW!! Turned out great!! Wax is very smooth and a fine casting. Background finish hardly look like it needs a bead blast..

keep it going :D

Hey Nick

Glad you finally made it to the club. There is a lot to see here so if you need any guidance or help just make a post.

FYI Nick was one of my very first customers.

Welcome

Here is the post with my solution to turn off the spindle.

Looks complicated but if you follow the directions to the T it goes and works very easy.

Good Job! Do you have a picture of the brass?

Did you drag the diamond without the spindle running?

Hey pat

Look great. I know the bead setting that most people have been doing with the cad has bugged you. That is the advantage you have over designers with no bench and setting experience.

I think your cutters are a great tool :!: :!: :!: :!:
