Hot off the press
Here's one that I am picturing with some of the process that was used in milling. The customer wanted TT so I made the ring entirely in 14k WG then copied the center area and milled and cast in YG. After the 2 were cast I cut out the white heads and the yellow ones fit right into place. This was als...

Question
Colin, Just amazing work. The detail on such a small scale. Now if you could get your MDX to create some of those carvings you would be way ahead of the game. My question is when you are carving those small figures do you carve on a block and then free the wax or do carve it like we see with that sm...

Just a comment
Colin, I would love for you to post a poto of your shop. It is always interesting to see where people work and how they set things up. As to the step ribs, have you used a ball endmill. Just a thought. Thanks again for showing us your work. G'day

WOW!
Colin that is awesome. I am very curious about your sculpture work. What type of tools do you use? The detail is incredible. I has always admired people who could do work like that. Did you learn from classes or are you self taught. I really enjoy seeing your work keep on posting when you can. Michael

Very Nice Work
As I have said before not all work has to be complex. The mill is about function and how it works best at making "you" money. Your pieces are very nice. Keep on posting for us all to share.

The 5 diamond I finished today the other 2 I had done before. Just an example of some easier things that the mill can do.

This is for a woman who loves horses...giddiup lil doggie!!!!. Oh BTW I charged $450.00 and she provided a...

Latest Pieces
Here are a couple new jobs. Not to hard to design but made things much easier with the mill. The Bar slide has a .55 ct diamond and is made to fit a 6mm omega. The second is a charm, loveletter, that we sell in the store in 14k white gold. Customer wanted in yellow gold and vendor could not do. So i...
