Post by Jon » Thu Mar 06, 2008 1:33 pm

Commission for Government of the United States Virgin Islands.

Two 75 mm medallions, cast bronze, gold plated, sterling trim.

Presented to Senators Orrin Hatch and Senator John Rockefeller IV on Feb. 26, 2008 in Washington DC.

Milled with MDX-15 in two halves (front and back). Halves welded together with my TIG welder. 23K gold electroplated. Embossed sterling silver band edge trim.

Jon

Sorry I missed this post.

You must be very proud to be commissioned to do this type of work.

The surface finish and the crispness look fantastic..

Great job.
