here's one night of crazyness don't stare at it too long... made using rhino but can easily be done in 3dengrave
using a tapered bit you could mill this.... finishing cut ...no need to rough cut then finish

the isocurve command is fun to play with..I misspelled "create" on #1

not yet I'm still thinking about how I'd go about milling it maybe using a solid rod of wax?.. anyone want to try?
I tried to send the zipped stl file 19mb.. is there a way to reduce the file size more ...also a window came up saying "no post mode specified"so it would not load same window came up when I tried to send the rhino file (3dm)
