Hello all,
Just wanted to drop a quick hello to everyone and introduce myself. My name is McCay Fowler and I work in a store in Easley, SC. I received my wax mill today and can't wait to get started.

A big Aussie Welcome

Post by Colin Creed » Thu Aug 12, 2004 1:50 pm

From one "newbie" to another, a big "Aussie Welcome" to you, McCay.
I'm also only new to this, but have already found the forum & members a great help!
Everyone on the forum is really friendly & helpful.
My "newbie" advice is to read all of the forum subjects to get a basic grasp on all of the different things that can de done.
From there on, just "cut loose" & have fun experimenting with the mill.
If you get stuck, don't be afraid to ask any questions.
Regards, Colin.

Hello McCay, Jump right in and go to it. That's the best advice I have. If anything, it will show you how easy it really is to learn. We all have hit a snag so that's what the forum is all about. The diverse talent of the members on the board should be able to help you turn your mill into a fun and profitable asset. If you need any help drop me a line. Enjoy

Happy Milling,
Michael Parsons

Welcome McCay!
Glad to have other jewelers aboard. The mill and this forum is awesome and we all learn from each other.
