Hi to all! I can tell that we are going to need a lot of help. Our Windows media player is not recognizing the 3de extension. Any ideas? We have already tried to install updates.

Hi & Welcome to the Forum Gary & Aline,

Firstly, the 3de format is only associated with the Roland program 3D Engrave & only it will open a 3de file.

If you're unable to open a 3de file at this point, I can only assume that you haven't installed the software from Roland yet.
When you do, then you'll be able to view all of those 3de files.

Secondly, just so you'll know for future reference, Windows Media Player wont work for any of the CAD/CAM files.

Hope this helps, Colin
