tiffany
Here’s a photo of a tiffany “wisteria” lamp I made a few years ago took my template and milled a flat piece in brass 1 bit 19 hours! I’d like to enamel when I get time.. also made one in wax 4 hours now if I can cast one this fine…. may have to redo it with a thicker base………..( I’d like to see the finished product)

pear mounting
here's a wax (pendant) for a pear shaped green tourmaline 11.6 x 5.6 can't find a mounting for that size have to make it! will be in white gold set with 1 pointers around the edge... cut with .45 mm end burr in 3d engrave (just for fun to see how 3d engrave works trouble is it cuts the whole relief size not just the model so there's alot of unnecessary cutting going on)
accidently broke off one prong! as seen in the bottom photo

that depends.. in this case i already cut a new, one as i wanted to adjust a few things..however i've been known to do it both ways or should i say all three ways ..cut new wax (which takes longer)... cast then repair ...or repair the wax then cast ...there are no rules just make it look right!!
thankz
