Made these pendants for a racing family from our area.
Milled as a flat piece, cast and then formed into a band. Can't wait for the fourth axis to get here.
This design was much easier with the mill. I hand carved the over/under part of the design.
Made this pendant for a man whose son races these go kart dragsters. The pendant is about 1.25 inches and the wheels roll. I love my mill.
I used a man's wedding band that he had "outgrown" to make this pendant for his wife.
The customer asked me to make a pendant for his wife. He loved the extra little detail in the back.

This was a large piece. I milled in two parts and then waxed together so that the majority of the middle would be open and hollow to reduce weight. The stones went right in and a little tightening was all it took.
Customers stones and gold redesign.
Making a under bezel or bezel for a unique stone is a breeze with the 3dwaxmill.
Customers Diamonds. Milled the entire piece and cast in 14k WG.
Here's a pair of rings I did for a mom and daughter. The diamonds are from old clusters. I used the mill to get the profiles exactly the same. This was a big time saver than trying to carve them by hand.
“Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will make you fishers of men.”

A local Church group wanted their logo made as 9ctYG pendants & stick pins.
Customer wanted SAS insignia scanned from a plastic stick pin version, then milled & cast in 9ctYG.
Same customer as TT ring. Wanted diamonds that were left over made into earrings. Milled mountings. Each group of stones were slightly different sizes. Group them best I could
Customer had various size pricess cut diamonds that she wished to have a TT ring made from. Created perfect bezels complete with bearings for each stone then hand carved the white gold ring part to fit the yellow bezels. Could have never found factory findings to fit these stones.
DIAMOND RING SMALL PRONG SET CUT SIDES AND TOP ON MDX ASSEMBLED LIKE BOX.
Customer brought his ring in with a worn out top plate. I looked in every findings catalog I had and could not find. It is a very specfic style. I designed with 3dengrave. This picture is the plate straight out of the oven and mag tumbled. Fits into his ring perfect. I use my MDX 15 to make many parts that are not available.
