Argentium silver key ring. Used photo of train and photo of train station. Put both pictures together to make scene.Measures 63x34mm
Platinum ring with natural Intense Pink and Yellow diamonds
140 .005 diamonds (I did not have to set) :)
Shank milled with the rotary. Heads with outer and center bezels mill in the flat then assembled the wax to cast in platinum. Cast one diamond bezel in pink gold and one in yellow gold then lasered in place.
Here is a set of Cuff Links I did for my new boss. Milled the wax with the beads in place and set like a dream. I also cut the Mother of pearl with the 3dwaxmill. Fit perfect:)

Now I have to make 4 shirt studs to match.
I did this for a good customer of ours that loves dolphins. I actually scanned in the drawing I had done for her and converted it into a polygon. I had to doctor it a bit, but overall I was pleased.
I milled this as two pieces and then assembled the waxes and cast in silver. SImple little ring that was a breeze with the mill.
18ctYG & WG ring, milled the band with the rotary, handmade the WG setting & rope effect.
See the Forum for the 3de file

Job from H&LL finally done. Milled in 3 pieces.
Has 35 tapered/graduated baguettes, 6 rounds and 1 princess in center. It was supposed to have more baguettes under the princess cut on the head but I ran out of customers stones.
Milled this on the rotary. Cast in 14kw and set 6, 2.5mm princess diamonds.
The rotary made setting a breeze with the square azures under the diamonds.
Milled the top of this monster with the beads on it, hand carved shank for 43 diamonds. 5 ct tw. 29 x 15 mm across top.
Cast in 18k two tone and weighs 1 1/2 oz... Bling Bling!
Here's the finished ring from the 3d engrave topic.
Cast in 10k yellow.
Milled this one to fit the stone and the diamond area above. Milled the top in 2 pieces so that I could form a bail system. The 5 diamonds weighed .91 ct total.
Who said nugget rings were dead..lol. I milled this diamond-on-diamond style top and then milled the shank over a ring tube. The pattern was put on by hand in the wax. Top dropped right in the ring. 1/2 ct center and 3/8s around.

Kidney Health Australia needed an Award/Presentation that's to be cast in Stg.Sil
One will be presented each year, this is the first one!
This is the milled wax, measures 55mm x 5mm thick.
Customer wanted a signet ring to suit a 7mm Mossinite
Top needed to be 4mm thick to allow for stone depth.
Milled in MP4, then cast in 9ctYG
Sterling silver with fantasy cut briccated jasper and garnets
Blue lace agate with swiss blue topaz stones channel set in sterling silver
Tear drop dendrite opal designed mtg with mill
I carved the top half of the ring on a ring tube in Modela Player. It was great to have the shape and mounts blocked in. I went back and did the engraving in the wax by hand. It cut the time in half. I used the customer's stones.

here is watch (same case as 3de file)
customers gold.....about 3/4 oz
went with gold band instead of lugs.....used heavy box clasp
Needed a ring to fit 5 emerald cuts that were 4.3mm x 3.1mm. Plus needed to be common prong. Milled this with the rotary. Cast in 14k white.
This ring was created on my rotary. Milled the two outside YG pieces on one blank including the holes. The center section was milled on the rotary then drilled and hollowed by hand. The pieces are welded across the bottom.
Milled this bezel for a 2ct cushion cut with two pointers around it. Hand tapered the bezel and lasered the shank on. Was a simple job with the mill. Would've been a lot more difficult by hand.
Customer has a strand of black pearls and different sized diamonds. She wanted a clasp made that could be worn as a pendant.Cast this in 14k white and fabricated the tongues. I put a satin (bead blast) finish in center and a grave finish outside. If anyone wants the 3de file, let me know.
This was a fun one
scanned an old cameo and actually used mod4 to mill
14kt with a 24kt flash a short 3 dwt

Customer came in with six different sizes of diamonds. I was able to make the mountings the same diameter even though the stones were not the same. A couple of stones were D shaped so the mounting was difficult. I was pretty pleased overall.

another quick one for a local christian mens singing group
less than an hour for design time/mill/finish
oval is about an inch 14 kt stiple finish with 24kt flash plate
Here is a cross completely designed in 3dengrave.
Simple design that I made on the rotary. It allow me the precision to make a grove through the center. I used actual glass enamel. The enamel was applied at the bench using my torch. Polished the enamel with crystal polish. Only hand work on the wax I did was to make it comfort fit.
