milled then cast in ster and "sucked plastic" 14TT recast 43mm high stong 4 depth 1 of 3 3.33 dwt ea will be pin/pendant
 Love the mill, and hopefully, I will get the bead setting prongs small enough, I don't kill my arm and wrist doing the setting!
 Customer sent CAD drawing for this to be made, and thanks to Pat Schmidt, I could open the file and make the ring for the customer. 1.83 ct major and three flush set 1/3 ct triangles, thanks to the MDX and 3D waxmill I had almost zero tolerance issues.

12mm Garnet surounded by diamond made simple with the 3dwaxmill.
 8.5 ct sapphire 2=1.20 diamond traps, 48 = 60 diamond pave. 18k yellow gold designed in 3dengrave mill on 3dwaxmill rotary.

 35mm (started with 45) scanned and imported (no cleanup),milled just to get weight turned out back on lathe casted to make sure it would cast OK Approved....it will be pendant

12 ct sapphire and 1.30 tw diamond trillions. 18k yellow gold. size 13
 Customers emerald and diamonds remount all done in 3dengrave and milled with the 3dwaxmill Rotary
 Platinum diamond filigree engagement ring.
 !2.6 ct total weight Sapphires 4 Cts in diamonds. All done with 3dengrave and the 3DWaxMill
 4.7 ct cushion center designed and cut from 3dengrave in 2 pieces .

cut from 3dengrave
 cut from 3dengrave. I don't have the Pat's Flip yet, so i cut two half and wax solder together.
 new project
 I have struggled to make this pendant in the past, 30 minutes on 3D Engrave, wax ready to mill, export to Modela, mill, cast, go to set, dam, customer want bigger stone. NO Problem, back to 3D Engrave, drag a corner, re mill, re cast, set stones, an extra 2100.00, Priceless, I love my Mill!!!!! Todd Michael
 Making a matching wedding set is so easy with the MDX 15, cut my wedding set production time in half!
