Designed with 3dengarve and milled with the 3dwaxmill Rotary
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qup7a18P9Zo
Get requests for family crests or fancy reliefs such as this Sagittarius symbol men's ring. The use and ease of the MDX-15 and Jeff's 3D Engrave program gives you a competitive edge at a fraction of the price other systems.
If you thinking about buying a mill, here is an awesome reason why the MDX is a great solution for you and your shop. Here is a design, this original Garnet pendant in 14k yellow gold with a 7 mm major, posted it to our website, another person loved it but wanted it larger. I had a 11 mm custom cut checkerboard trillion stone. Reopened the original file, dragged a corner and made the design for an 11 mm major., and used the same size Diamond, just more of them with a small alteration.
About 20 minutes in 3D Engrave, milled in another 24 minutes, cast, set and sold in 24 hours. I am loving my MDX 15, wish I had this 22 years ago. Better late than never!!!
Finally making some Expensive rings like Jeff D's gets to all the time. 2.03 ct major and 8 @ .20 cts each. Did it Flat top adjusted rotary milled, stones channeled in no issues. Thanks to the mill, and great customers, I get to make jewelry for a living!

Would have never made this sale without having the MDX 15. After a few tweaks, and milling, some refinishing, Rio Colores, set three diamonds, $700.00 sale. Made in America Baby
same ring showing the diamond on sides.
This is another sample of my ring, used real diamonds this time and installed one on each side into the nuggets..14k gold this time.black enamel inlay.
Here is the wax for my ring using the mdx-15 ,new picture next
wanted to give you all some ideas ...
I cut this spider and installed a black onyx cab under it to enhance out the effects. upon polishing a stone like this one must not polish the spider but leave the facets frosted.I also do a Texas lone star and a butter fly...

The red stones are synthetic rubies with real peridots. spelling?
I made this to match my nugget ring previously posted .The stones are rubies and the inlay is enamel...unlike me she still has it.
Did this one without the rotary, did, as two flats and then put them together, that way I can get the side detail to match perfectly on both sides.
Initial pendandt for customers grand daughter used her gold and diamond
cast this in 22ct gold, inlayed with black enamel, real alaskan nuggets and aquamarine stones...paid for my mdx-15
Commemorative Charms for the local theatre, wouldn't even think about doing this by hand. Good Traffic builder.

Here's an example of what the 3dwaxmill can do....I love this machine. This medallion is about 35 mm in diameter cast in Sterling Silver.

I would never have tried to make this ring for what I charged if I was carving the Lion's heads on both sides by hand. The MDX makes life much easier.
Like seriously, how much easier can it be? 30 minutes hands on, and made a young 8 year old into a jewelry designer, and Facets $165.00.
Used customers major diamond, added the Emerald and Garnet, Milled complete in Modela Player 4. Happy, customers,
This bracelet was made entirely with the MDX15. This master model was made in sterling silver because we do not have the equipment needed to cast stainless. The skull and dice I scanned, ace, cross were built in 3D Engrave. 70 other sterling silver master models were made for my new line of stainless steel jewelry. Check them all out at www.skullbonesjewelry.com.
