I have a 04 Nissan Titan now with 210,000 miles and I love it.
Back in 09 my HVAC Fan Control Switch Knob broke.
Nissan wanted to replace the Climate Control Module for $500.00 NO REPLACEMENT KNOB!!!

I found a fix on TitanTalk that I used twice in the past.
The third time it broke it was not repairable.

I used my trusty 3D Wax Mill System to create a new center for my knob ring.

I cut the faulty center from the knob ring and designed a new center insert but making the spokes and the center heavier.

Milled it in Acrylic and used the original D retainer for the new D hole.

The new center slide in perfect used a bit of superglue to secure.

This will be the last time I have to mess with this problem.
I made the part that Nissan should have.

I am going to make this part available to other Nissan Titan owners.

Too cool, I have made a few camera parts for one customer, and the old fashion door lock pulls on the older cars for decoration.
